This fantastic kit includes everything you need to make nine delicious, homemade cheeses: farmhouse, cheddar, gouda, Monterey Jack, feta, cottage cheese, Colby, Parmesan, and ricotta. All cheeses are additive- and preservative-free. Kit includes a detailed recipe booklet, cheese mold, dairy thermometer, coarse cheesecloth, vegetable rennet tablets, direct set mesophilic starter, direct set thermophilic starter, and calcium chloride. Citric acid not included. Store in cool, dry location.
