Return Policy

To request a return, please contact Customer Care at 1.800.558.9595 or email custserv@nascoeducation.com

     •  Submit return requests within 30 days of the invoice date.

     •  Approved returns will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form, which must accompany the returned item(s). Products must be received within 30 days of RMA issuance.

     •  Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

     •  Some items may be non-returnable or subject to restocking and/or shipping fees

Reporting Order Discrepancies

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Order discrepancies — such as shortages, overages, missing components, or incorrect items — must be reported to Customer Care within 15 business days of the delivery date.

Filing Claims for Damaged Merchandise

Inspect all products upon receiving your order. To file a claim for damaged merchandise, contact Customer Care at 1.800.558.9595 or email custserv@nascoeducation.com.

     •  All damage claims must be submitted immediately and no later than 15 business days from the delivery date.

     •  Provide photos of the damaged product and its packaging to Customer Care.

     •  Retain all original packing materials for claim processing.

     •  Note: For orders shipped FOB Origin using a customer’s carrier account, damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
