Unsized, heavyweight archival paper has a rough surface, no deckles, and is very absorbent. Wet the blotter to dampen art paper in preparation for printing - the paper can be sandwiched between the damp/wet blotters and left overnight so the paper can take on enough moisture. Placing a damp print between two dry blotters can greatly reduce the drying time, as the blotters act like sponges as they take on the excess moisture from the final print. Because of its total lack of any sizing (internal and external), this blotting paper has been used successfully for paper-casting or molding shapes and sculpture pieces. It is also a great option for custom coasters. Machine made of 100% high-alpha cellulose. Neutral pH. Made in the U.S.A.
