Suitable for field studies, wet lab applications, wash down areas, food testing and tanks, this digital thermometer reads temperatures in liquids, semi-solids and gases. Featuring max/min memory and data hold, it has a 5 in. stainless steel probe that easily reaches into cuvettes, test tubes, flasks, beakers and more. Includes accredited calibration documentation that meets the requirements of ISO 17025 and multi-language instructions (English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish). Tested and calibrated in exclusive triple accredited/registered ISO/IEC 17025:2005, A2LA accredited laboratory (Cert #2448.01), against equipment whose calibration is traceable to NIST. CE marked and individually serialized. Temperature range: -50/200°C (-58/392°F) with an accuracy of ±1°C from -20/120°C, Otherwise ±2°C. Calibrated at 0 and 100°C. Resolution: 0.1°C/°F.
