Fake Pills: Fentanyl Killsâ„¢ 3D Display
Fake prescription medications with lethal doses of the synthetic opioid fentanyl has become a leading killer of adults ages 18–45 in the United States.
Designed for health educators, the Fentanyl Kills 3D Display is an essential resource for teaching students about the dangers of counterfeit pills, the risks of fentanyl, and the importance of only taking medications prescribed by a healthcare professional.Â
The display includes models of 5 commonly abused prescription medications, including Adderall, Xanax, OxyContin, Percocet, and Vicodin. These fake pills can look identical to real prescription drugs, yet when obtained on the street, they may contain lethal doses of the synthetic opioid fentanyl.
Pill models in the framed 3D display are secured behind plexiglass, and the display includes an easel back for easy tabletop display.Â
An accompanying, two-sided tent card explains how only 2 mg of fentanyl can be lethal and the importance of only taking prescription medications prescribed for you by a healthcare professional and obtained from a licensed pharmacy.
Display measures 10 in. x 13.25 in. x 7 in. and tent card measures 8.5 in. x 10 in.
