The flip-lever secures the extra-strong suction base to smooth surfaces, and it includes an extra-wide clamp for securing to 1 in. to 2-3/8 in. thick surfaces.
You can adjust the roller to roll uniform pasta dough into 9 thicknesses (0.5 mm to 3 mm) with the turn of a dial.
Easily roll sheets of pasta dough for ravioli or hand-cut shapes, or slide on the double pasta cutter attachment to cut spaghetti and fettuccine noodles.
