The spinal column on this skeleton model is specially designed and constructed to be flexible, allowing natural movements and pathological conditions to be demonstrated. All skull movements at the neck joints can be demonstrated. Tooth position and spacing are accurately depicted. Spinal nerve exits and vertebral arteries are also shown, along with dorso-lateral disc prolapse between the 3rd and 4th lumbar vertebrae. This human skeleton model is cast from a natural, real bone skeleton. It is handmade from durable, unbreakable plastics. Anatomical details such as fissures, foramina, and processes are accurately shown. It features a three-part skull (skullcap, skull base, and lower jaw) and removable arms and legs. Comes with roller stand and dustcover. 5 ft. 6 in. tall.
