Helen's Asian Kitchen Plastic Sushi Mat
Properly form and shape all types of sushi rolls at home without tearing delicate seaweed or nori sheets with this plastic sushi mat. This durable, lightweight, and non-absorbent mat is made of polypropylene and is easier to clean than bamboo mats. Nonstick surface requires no plastic wrap covering.
This mat is designed to make it easier to learn how to make sushi rolls for the first time or perfect favorite roll recipes. Simply place a sheet of nori shiny side down on the mat, add sushi rice and filling leaving an inch uncovered, roll mat toward uncovered edge, squeeze to seal the roll, remove mat, and slice roll into six equal pieces. Hand wash and air dry.
