Great for low fire projects. Not intended for outdoor use. Recommended up to cone 05. All Mayco® bisque is factory tested for glaze compatibility and quality, providing a great starting point for ceramic projects. As a clay canvas,
bisque pieces are fitted to cone 05 and can be decorated with glazes or non-fired products. For a fired finish: decorate with glazes using brushes and other decorating tools and kiln fire your bisque project to cone 06 (1828° F - medium rate). For non-fired finishes: bisque is a perfect surface for acrylics, decoupage, glues, glitter, etc. To preserve a non-fired finish you may use spray or brush-on sealers.
