Stumps with double-pointed ends are easily sharpened with sandpaper. Use to rub over lines to create blurring or shading. The fine tips are used to blend or remove color from small areas, while the broad side of the stump will remove color from larger areas. These stumps are widely used in mediums such as charcoal, chalk pastels, oil pastels, and even oil painting to create a shading effect. Includes: 1/4 in. dia. x 8 in. L, 3/8 in. dia. x 8 in.
