Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped to the following states:

SALES TAX DISCLAIMER: Nasco Education is required to collect sales and use tax for purchases made in a number of states. Orders are accepted with the understanding that such taxes and charges shall be added, as required by law. Where applicable, Nasco Education will charge sales tax unless you have a valid sales tax exemption certificate on file with Nasco Education. Nasco Education will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid sales tax certificate is not provided. If you are exempt from sales tax, you can email your sales tax exempt certificate to salestax@nascoeducation.com or fax a copy to Nasco Education — Attn: Sales Tax Exemption (Fax: 1-920-568-5609). If you are unsure if Nasco Education has your most recent tax exempt certificate, please send your most current copy.

Except as otherwise noted, prices shown do not include any federal, state, district, city or local taxes, or any other taxes or charges imposed by any government authority. In states where Nasco Education is not required to collect and pay sales tax, the purchaser is obligated to self-report and pay the sales and/or use tax to the purchaser’s appropriate state and/or local Department of Revenue.
