Experiment with springs, oscillations, and wave theory! Mount the demonstration spring onto the vibration generator to learn about oscillation and resonance. The vibration generator produces a low frequency mechanical oscillation with a range of 0.5 to 5,000 Hz and is powered by the audio generator, which generates between 0.1 and 200 kHz. Set includes vibration generator, audio generator, and demonstration spring. A ring stand and clamp are needed but not included. Additional oscillation experiments can be performed using Chladni plates, Kundt’s tubes, cords, and more.
